Head, Jaw & Facial Work

Targeted bodywork designed to release tension through the head, jaw, face, and neck.

The head, jaw, and face are some of the most expressive—and most overworked—areas of the body. Stress, posture, clenching patterns, screen time, sleep habits, and daily demands can all contribute to tension that builds quietly over time and shows up as tightness, discomfort, or fatigue in the upper body.

Our Head, Jaw & Facial Work is designed to address these patterns through intentional, hands-on techniques that focus on the interconnected structures of the face, neck, jaw, and scalp. Each session is highly personalized and may include myofascial release, intraoral work (when appropriate and consented), lymphatic techniques, and sculpting-based facial massage to encourage ease and balance.

Rather than isolating symptoms, we work with the body as a whole system—supporting release through areas that are often linked through posture, breath, and nervous system activity.

TMJ Support

TMJ-focused bodywork addresses tension patterns throughout the jaw, face, neck, and surrounding musculature.

This session is designed to encourage ease in the jaw joint and surrounding structures by releasing muscular holding patterns that may contribute to discomfort, clenching, or restricted movement. Techniques are gentle, precise, and adapted to each client’s comfort level.

Many clients describe this work as grounding and relieving, especially when jaw tension is connected to stress or postural strain.

Headache Relief

This focused treatment is designed for areas commonly associated with head, neck, and scalp tension.

Your therapist works through the shoulders, cervical spine, scalp, and jaw to release tightness and encourage a sense of ease throughout the upper body. Sessions may also include calming techniques such as warm or cool towel applications and gentle facial work to support overall relaxation.

The intention of this work is to reduce tension patterns and create space for the body to settle into a more comfortable, balanced state.

Facial Sculpting Massage

Facial Sculpting Massage blends therapeutic facial techniques with gentle myofascial and lymphatic work to support circulation, release tension, and encourage natural facial tone.

This treatment focuses on areas where the face commonly holds stress, including the jaw, cheeks, brow, and neck. The result is a sense of softness, lift, and relaxation that many clients find both restorative and visibly refreshing.

A Whole-System Approach

While each service has its own focus, they are all rooted in the same philosophy: the head, jaw, and face do not function in isolation from the rest of the body.

By addressing these areas with care and intention, we support not only localized tension relief, but also broader patterns related to posture, breath, and nervous system regulation.

Whether you're seeking relief, restoration, or simply a moment to reset, this work is designed to help you feel more at ease in your body—one layer at a time.
