Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, or LDT, is a gentle and non-invasive treatment that supports healthy function of the immune system and is especially beneficial pre and post surgery to reduce inflammation and swelling .
*Unless seeking care for an acute post-surgical condition, lymphatic massage is recommended to be most beneficial no less than a month to six weeks in-between appointments. Talk to your therapist about your care plan.
* those who have a current infection or inflammation, cardiac or circulatory issues, congestive heart or renal failure, thrombosis or blood clots, or malignant tumors should not receive Lymphatic Drainage Therapy.
